The barista was lovely. He heard we were visiting Idaho, and told us about growing up in Idaho and things to keep an eye out for. Super personable. The latte was delicious, and you can tell good quality. My daughter loved the blueberry muffin. The inside is small, modern, and clean. Located in a perfect corner near downtown.

Quickly yelped a nearby bakery in the area (during a road trip) and so glad we found this place! Amazing pastries, sandwiches, breakfast bites (quiche + egg croissant sandwich), and perfect coffee options! Random bonus - soda fountain machine if you're not a coffee person. Was so happy with our eats and drinks here that we stopped back by ok the return trip of our road trip.

So, aside from making unbelievably wonderful pastries, they also make incredible sandwiches. Sure, why not? The pastries, especially the sticky bun, remain fantastic. I was a bit disappointed in the pistachio cronut because the pistachio flavor was so faint as to be almost non-existent. However, the cronut itself is so light, airy, and brilliant, it almost didn't matter. We also tried the turkey and havarti sandwich, served on what might be the best croissant I have ever had. The croissant was probably made with 600 sticks of butter but yet it was lighter than air. The sandwich ingredients are incredibly fresh. Do yourself a favor and try a sandwich here, if you have any room in your stomach after downing some seriously amazing pastries. This is simply a fantastic bakery.

Coffee-divine (note espresso only after 12pm no drip) strong and flavorful Sandwich-she tried the turkey and havarti on sourdough. I tried a bit of the sourdough and I'll be thinking of it until I can have it again Pastry-pistachio and blackberry tart. She loved every bite and left no crumb behind Note this place is not vegan friendly for food non vegans enjoy. For coffee all can enjoy would come back just for the coffee

We were excited to try Farmstead! We went at around 10:00am and the line was out the door so we knew it was going to be good! Even with the line, we were in and out quickly! The place is clean and small inside (enough room to order and pay with a few tables), and there is plenty of seating outside. Now the food! If you love French pastries you'll love this place! Everything we tried was rich and delicious! Can't wait to come back!

I mean, literally nothing but amazing things to say. I ordered some pastries and 2 coffees online. 1. They all tasted AMAZING! 2. They were out of my of my pastries and they just subbed it for the regular version. But then the person helping me felt bad and wanted me to be able to try their chocolate, so she gave me a chocolate cronut on the house. She was so nice and I really appreciated her trying to make up for that. 3. It was busy in a fun way. Like, not overwhelming but like I was in a movie. People chatting at tables, outside tables had families, young people, old people, it clearly was a place that can draw a crowd. I don't live in Utah and stopped here traveling through, but I plan to come back.

So happy I stopped by Farmstead during our trip to Zion Canyon while we stayed in St George. Gorgeous display of pastries - with the worker recommending the kouign-aman, almond croissant and kroughnuts. Almond croissant is twice baked - filled with almond cream and delectably sweet! Ham and cheese croissant was a great savory treat. Coffee is delicious - from FS coffee, a local roastery.

A friend of mine who lives nearby told me about this place so we stopped by to grab a few goods before our camping adventure. There's a lot to choose from. We ordered about a dozen pastries ranging from croissants, cookies danish, and seasonal fruit tarts. We also grabbed a few sandwiches. I was hoping they would last us for two days but we devoured everything the first day. We came back before heading home to grab a few goods for the road. Everything was very fresh and made with great ingredients.
